A Speedy Day-by-Day Trip of Our Star Student's Level Up Adventure

This Kindergarten student was identified in November as being behind in reading. He could recognize just 7 letter-sounds and couldn't segment 3 sounds words. His mom thinks she's dyslexic. The 3 hallmarks of potential dyslexia!

For the purposes of teachers watching on Facebook in a special event, he received just 5 days in a row of just 1 activity--Switch It--for about 8 minutes a day. By the end of the 5 days, he recognized 20 letter-sounds and could manipulate 5 sound words.

The power of the activity is in making our sound-spelling system plain via the phonological route. He's finally hearing and seeing how sounds and symbols connect. He continued with full reading lessons starting in January and ended reading at the early 2nd grade level, with Word Attack skills at the 4th grade level.

This is just the beginning of the transformation. Get the full Switch It training and access materials.
